Service and billing conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
An access request or account registration does not place an order, start a paid subscription or grant paid API access. The purchase conditions below apply to the route identified when an order is offered and confirmed.
Service and eligibility
Xynthera AI is operated by HERBRETEAU Nicolas Frédéric — Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as XYNTHERA AI. The service is intended for professional organisations operating or integrating digital-credential verification systems. Access requires a supported professional use case and either a guest purchase with its private recovery code or an existing signed-in business account.
Review the API catalogue and quotas and documentation before selecting a plan. A listed country or ecosystem does not mean that every national source or integration is available. Assisted pilots, custom work and higher-capacity deployments require a separately agreed scope.
Existing subscription prices, taxes and purchase availability
For previously accepted subscriptions, the catalogue prices are Developer €9, Integrator €29 and Partner €69 per month, excluding applicable taxes. The final currency, tax, total charge and recurring billing terms must be shown before payment. Provider and Enterprise access requires an individual workload review and is not available for self-service purchase.
Purchase availability depends on the customer's establishment, declared professional use and the countries actually enabled for the offer. This website does not promise worldwide purchasing or a uniform tax exemption.
Purchases sold through Link
Where checkout identifies a purchase as Sold through Link, Stripe Managed Payments provides the merchant-of-record service through Link. Xynthera AI remains the provider of the API service and product support. The transaction's seller details and payment terms appear in checkout and on the receipt or invoice.
Stripe determines applicable transaction taxes under that arrangement. Xynthera's French VAT exemption does not make a purchase sold through Link automatically tax-free. Use the tax and total shown before payment and the resulting invoice for that purchase.
Link sends transaction documents and provides payment and order support. Customers can manage eligible orders and subscriptions through Link.
Direct agreements and existing subscriptions
A directly agreed pilot or an existing direct subscription retains its accepted commercial and invoicing terms; this page does not convert it to a purchase sold through Link. For qualifying direct sales to businesses established in metropolitan France, the operator applies the French VAT exemption: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI.” Other direct destinations require their own fiscal review. Refer to the issuer and terms on your invoice if you are unsure which route applies.
Existing guest subscriptions: checkout and recovery
Where guest checkout is offered, you can purchase without an email-confirmation sign-in. You must declare your business country and professional use, accept the conditions, and securely save the recovery code before checkout. The code grants access to the guest subscription controls and API-key management; treat it as a secret. Do not put it in URLs or send it to support.
A guest email address alone does not establish ownership. Keep the recovery code outside the browser: browser session storage can be cleared or unavailable. An unpaid guest access expires after 24 hours; keep the recovery code for any paid subscription to manage that subscription. Losing the code can prevent self-service access and cancellation; support must independently establish ownership and cannot guarantee automatic recovery. Existing signed-in accounts keep their separate sign-in route.
For this guest offer, purchasing is limited to the business countries listed in the purchase form. Declaring a country does not establish that the payment provider blocks every inconsistent billing address before charging. The server checks the paid invoice country before granting API access. If the invoiced country falls outside the enabled country list, the order must not be retained: access is refused and the subscription is cancelled with a full refund initiated. Provider processing determines when the reversal reaches your payment method. This offer does not claim tax coverage for purchases outside its enabled country list.
Existing subscription quotas and evidence scope
No automatic paid overages are included. Requests exceeding a quota are refused until capacity becomes available or an agreed plan change takes effect. API Factory compilation and invocation consume the relevant underlying feature quotas.
The service supplies operational checks, monitoring and signed records within its documented evidence scope. It does not replace the customer's verifier, independently certify legal compliance, guarantee national registrar acceptance or attest the code actually running in the customer's infrastructure. The customer must evaluate suitability and verify signatures, context and validity periods when consuming signed decisions.
Only for previously accepted subscriptions that include stored receipts or Replay reports, the default retention is 7 days. This legacy retention does not apply to the prepaid API budget above: its reports and submitted documents are not stored, and the customer must save and retain each received result. Customers remain responsible for their own longer-term retention. Capsules contain signed references; they are not a complete offline archive of every underlying source.
Subscription activation, renewal and cancellation
An accepted monthly subscription renews under the recurring terms displayed for that order until cancelled. API access depends on server verification of the payment, the account and the current paid period. Creating an account, returning from checkout or receiving a redirect does not activate access.
Payment failure or the end of an unpaid or expired period may suspend access without an automatic grace period. A cancellation scheduled for the period end preserves access through the already-paid period, unless a separate security or account restriction applies. Check the cancellation confirmation for its effective date. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
For a purchase sold through Link, use Link's order management or contact support. Existing direct customers can use their available billing portal or the Xynthera support contact. A refund or payment dispute may place API access under review; a subsequent payment does not automatically remove a separate security restriction.
Refund requests and support
For a purchase sold through Link, request a refund through Link support or contact Xynthera. A request is assessed under the applicable purchase terms and law; submitting it does not guarantee a refund or a completion date.
Stripe may ask Xynthera for product information and may decide to refund a transaction if Xynthera does not respond within 48 hours. That response window is not a customer refund guarantee or a deadline for requesting a refund.
For API access, integration issues or a direct agreement, email herbreteaunicolas1@gmail.com. Standard access has no 24/7 support or contractual uptime SLA unless separately agreed. Nothing on this page removes mandatory rights applicable to an order.
Documents for an order
The selected offer, these service conditions, the transaction terms presented before payment and any separately agreed scope identify the purchase. Any necessary data-processing terms must be agreed before a customer integration begins. The legal notice identifies the operator and the privacy notice explains website and account data handling.
