A €10 net balance would fund at most 25,641 EffectGuard creations or 34,482 SpendTruth reservations if used exclusively. Counts are alternatives because all active PAYG operations share one balance.

- PAYG catalogue exposes the exact SKU and price as active, qualified and runtime available.
- The free browser simulation remains clearly local, unsigned and separate from hosted API use.
- Isolated launch checks cover checkout creation, a webhook-handler credential-activation fixture, one debit, free exact replay, a verified product result and the exact MCP tools returned by
tools/list.
If any condition is absent or cannot be read, the purchase buttons remain disabled. There is currently no hosted sandbox credential or hosted free trial. A separate machine field reports whether a real paid fulfillment has ever been observed; it does not block the first buyer.

Commercial limits
- The budget payment is €10–€10,000 including applicable taxes; API consumption uses the resulting tax-exclusive balance.
- No subscription, automatic renewal, automatic recharge or autonomous agent purchase.
- A signed receipt binds the returned decision; it does not prove the caller's facts or a provider's real-world action by itself.
- Provider idempotency or authoritative readback remains part of end-to-end safety.
- Availability by billing country is controlled by the live checkout. Check countries.
